National coverage allows for transactions to occur in all 50 states. Our web based control panel permits clients to access an online order form, FASTApps request form and closing request form. A Status Check has been integrated, allowing clients to check the status of any file in their pipeline in real time, download title documents and upload any pertinent information. Other features of the control panel include a current Recordation Calculator and Title Insurance Calculator, providing accurate fees 24 hours a day. Extended hours (9:30 pm EST, M-F) ensures quick turn around times and the option to receive notification after every closing. Lenders can also receive added services with the ability to order national appraisals.
